First Annual Grand Rapids Coffee Crawl

March 21, 2017 Lisa Armstrong Leave a Comment

Get your coffee cups ready and your fun spirit packed - GRNOW PRESENTS:

THE GRAND RAPIDS COFFEE CRAWL TO BENEFIT HEARTSIDE GLEANING INITIATIVE -   Friday, April 7th – Saturday, April 8th

SIP.  Try different blends of coffee, tea or hot chocolate from different coffee shops.

SNACK. Grab chocolate covered espresso beans, baked goods, or a treat on your coffee crawl.

MEET. Get to know the barista and owners of the local coffee shops.

REPEAT. Visit all the coffee shops on the route or just a few. It’s up to you!

GRNow will be donating a percentage of the proceeds from ticket sales to Heartside Gleaning Initiative.  HGI empowers Heartside and surrounding communities to become healthier through increased access to healthy foods and nutrition education. We do this by collecting excess produce from farmers’ markets and transporting it to the low-income neighborhood of Heartside for distribution to individuals, food pantries and free or low-cost meal programs.
