Join us as we learn about the many different pastas and how they are shaped for specific sauces to bring out the taste of each one. You’ll also make fresh, homemade pastas such as tagliatelle, lasagna, ravioli, and fettucine.  But no pasta would be complete without toppings!  You’ll also prepare Walnut Sauce for the Tagliatelle, Sage Cream Sauce for the Turkey and Sage Ravioli, Alfredo Sauce for the Fettucine and serve the Lasagna pasta as an appetizer—topped with freshly grated Parmigiano.  Join us in front of the fire at the Chef’s Table for Pastas and Sauces.
