Nourish Producer of the Week: Smoking Goose Meatery
Nourish is delighted to welcome to our NOURISHing KITCHEN Josh MacInness of Smoking Goose Meatery in Indianapolis. At Nourish we’ve been looking for a long time to find a way to bring you healthy sandwich fixin’s. A first step was to provide sandwich and burger cheese slices made from the milk of grass-fed cows. But the meat part of the sandwich remained elusive.
FINALLY we found a great new company making deli meat (and otherdelightful meat products) from grass-fed meat. The animals are pasture-raised on Gunthorpe Farms and are entirely GMO-free of course. The meat is turned into awesome, chemical-free sandwich meats and sausages at Smoking Goose. Make sure to stop by Wednesday to meet Josh, hear about Smoking Goose, and try some of their delicious and healthy pastrami, salami, ham, and smoked turkey!
