This Agricultural Symposium will bring together participants in the farm-to-table sector that is so crucial to the well-being of Michigan’s environment, economy, cultural identity and the health of its residents. On hand will be local growers, chefs, retailers and other commodity groups such as dairy, produce, fish, fruits, meat & poultry, cheese, and beer & wine. Tables will be set up for you to observe, gather information on and taste and/or purchase products from the various growers. The Critter Barn, dedicated to teaching about farming and agriculture, will also be there with its traveling farm!
