Freezer Beef from Earthscape Farm
Our steers were raised on our farm (as were their great great... grandmothers). They have pasture and / or hay in front of them all the time, plus we give them some homegrown and ground grain for a few months before butchering to improve the tenderness. They are mostly Angus, healthy, and live happy lives. Butchering is done at a USDA facility with weights and cuts marked on the vacuum-packed packages (all but the ground beef which is tube-packed in approximately 1# packages). The finished amount of beef is roughly 75-100#. We sell 'split halves' so you get a nice variety of cuts. Contact us for prices and additional information.
