Friday April 22 – Saturday April 30 in Traverse City & Leelanau County
Normally we think of eating local as fairly healthy. But everyone needs some treats now and then! If you are looking for a fun Michigan culinary weekend getaway, this upcoming event in Traverse City is pretty sweet.
MyNorth Media, producer of Traverse, Northern Michigan’s Magazine launches a sweet event for locals and visitors alike: the MyNorth Sweet Tooth Tour at 14 locations in Traverse City and Leelanau County, from Friday April 22 through Saturday, April 30. Tour goers purchase packs of tickets, 4 for $25 or 6 for $30, and each ticket in the pack entitles one to 4 big-bite-sized desserts at one location, or Sweet Spot. Tickets are available now at MyNorthTickets.com

“This event is another reason for folks to get out and enjoy Northern Michigan this spring,” says Rachel North, marketing director for MyNorth Media. “It’s a sweet add-on to a girl’s getaway, winery or brewery tours, a golf trip, a spa weekend or for foodies who want to enjoy our great cuisine without the crowds.”
