“A Special Valentine’s Dinner” cooking class
Be ready to put on your aprons and work as a team to prepare a very special Valentine’s Dinner for yourself and your special someone—–or just make it a fun night out to celebrate Love! You’ll be greeted with Appetizers to enjoy while preparing your special Valentine’s Dinner of Roasted Red Pepper Bisque, Pear and Pomegranate Salad, Pecan Crusted Chicken with Frangelico Cream Sauce, Chili Lime Shrimp with Jicama-Orange Salsa and for dessert, Rum Truffles and Whoopee Pies.

Farm to Plate Cooking Class
Join us as we celebrate May with produce from the Market! We’ll start with Fresh Pea Soup with Morels, Dandelion and Bacon Salad, a savory Leek Pie, Maple Barbecued Chicken, and a Rhubarb Almond Flake. This hands-on class will also discuss other recipes that can be used with this month’s produce as well as different cooking techniques.

Farm to Plate Cooking Class
We continue to highlight the seasonal produce of May with Pea and Scallion Salad, Roasted Spring Onions with Romesco Sauce, Lamb Chops with a Fresh Herb Paste and Raspberry- Rhubarb Panna Cotta.
