Made In Michigan: Eden Organic

Sometimes, I hear about a company, love its products, and then love it even more when I find out it’s made in  Michigan. Such was the case with Eden Organics.

I was delighted to discover that Eden Organic products are made right in Ann Arbor, MI – with many of the ingredients sourced in Michigan. They even have an interactive map so you can see where it all comes from.

They sent me a box of Kamut® Vegetable Spirals to try, and they were very tasty. As it boiled it turned the water red (I’m guessing from the beet powder). DH (Dear Husband) overcooked it a bit but I was still able to get a feel for what the finished product should have been. I’m used to whole wheat pasta, and this was a lot more similar in texture to “regular” pasta that most are used to.

Best of all, the ingredients were wholesome:

Organic Whole Grain Kamut Wheat, Organic Spinach Powder, Organic Beet Powder, Organic Carrot Powder, Organic Annatto Powder
